Ryan Hoyle, Director of Global Recruiting for GalaxE.Solutions, has been named to the Michigan Chronicle’s 2013 “Men of Excellence”. Hoyle was selected as one of more than 50 men from the metro Detroit community who demonstrate professional success and are beacons of leadership for the African American community.
Overseeing an international team of more than 60 recruiters and support staff around the world for GalaxE.Solutions, Hoyle played a key role in researching and establishing Detroit as GalaxE.Solutions’ new office location, where he is directly responsible for hiring hundreds of IT professionals into Campus Martius to create the next generation of high-level IT solutions.
Hoyle cultivates partnerships for job training and retraining programs with area colleges, universities and local community and nonprofit organizations and works tirelessly to develop curriculum to train and retrain individuals at all levels to put people back to work while stemming “brain drain” threatening Michigan’s long-term viability.
He was honored at the Men of Excellence Induction Ceremony, June 2, 2013, at the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel in Detroit. In addition to much-deserved accolades, the 2013 Men of Excellence honorees will be featured in a special, commemorative edition of the Michigan Chronicle, spotlighting their vision and leadership, exceptional achievements and participation in community service.
Leaders were chosen from hundreds of nominees. To be eligible, nominees demonstrated proven success within his profession/industry, acted as a positive role model whose contributions encourage others and been active in community service or organizational involvement.
