GalaxE.Solutions CEO Tim Bryan joined regional leadership, business professionals and higher education specialists in the launch of the NBC News Education Nation On-the-Road tour with the Detroit Summit on March 22, 2013. The event was held at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History.

Led by NBC News’ Special Correspondent Chelsea Clinton and Chief Education Correspondent Rehema Ellis, and joined by Local 4 Anchors Rhonda Walker and Devin Scillian, the Detroit Summit hosted some of the region’s top thought-leaders for a solutions-focused conversation about improving education and preparing Americans for the jobs of the future.

Bryan participated in the panel session titled “Job One: Preparing Our Workforce,” which focused on college and career readiness spanning Michigan’s workforce, the skills gap and the future of the region’s economy.

Moderated by former First Daughter and NBC News Special Correspondent Chelsea Clinton and WDIV Local 4 Anchor Devin Scillian, Bryan shared the stage with:

“Detroit is leading the nation in the resurrection of numerous jobs in technology, outside of technology and in urban renewal. And that’s very exciting,” said Bryan during the panel discussion.
